Correr!!!!!Correr!!!!!! yea i think you get the idea...

Okay I have only one really big point to put down in this post. Monday, or the day after this Sunday, which comes after saturday which just happens to be tomorrow or only a mere 1 hours away, is the holiest of holy days in my running calender. Cross country starts, the sport where guys (and of course girls) run 5 kilometers (sorry girls only 4 for you) or in rough American terms 3.12 miles. Its the best week of the year because we take a trip out to Pike Lake and run the most hellish trails i have ever seen in my life, go swimming in the lake and overall have a blast meeting and greeting as a team. (that was fun to say, meeting and greeting :)
today was a fun day. so far this morning I have done the longest run yet that I have ever logged in my entire running career. (1 hour, 2 minutes, 51 seconds) {and yes its lame that I have that down to the seconds}. then I biked home, did my physical therapy work out, did sit ups, took a shower and then sat here writing this boring post to all of you who don't care enough to read it.
So in the mean time I want to know what does everyone think of this summer so far?? We have basically one month left to go and I'm hoping everyone else has enjoyed it as much as I have.
Just want to leave a little shout out to Kara, Brian, Opal, and Andy, and Kim (even though none of those five will ever in their lives see this) but thanks for the good time at the fair. I know that I at least enjoyed it. Other then when you decided to make me all depressed Brian. oh well, its over and im better then to let that get me down.

okay so yes there is this girl. Her name well it really isn't important is it?? No because the name doesn't make the person, and the person is what i care about. She isn't the hottest girl in school, nor is she probably the smartest. But does that really matter?? Nope because when shes around, Im all smiles, when I see her my heart flutters, the way she smiles, that makes me feel lighter then air, floating on the clouds. Dancing with angels.
