milk is the greatest thing to drink...i like it more than water...more Vitamins :)
milk is the best tasting liquid on this planet. Although andy says its bad for runners to drink it near when they are about to run due to the lytic acid, but i love milk. Am i the only person who thinks a really big glass of cold milk is the most perfect drink during a hot summer day? Its like a gift from God himself.
on a hot summer day i wouldnt go with milk...id take water or gatorade...but i always have milk for dinner...goes good with anything. i love the taste of milk...and what does andy know? he drinks milk too :O
andy knows nothing other then everything when it comes to running which is basically my life so andy knows everything.... hes my hero...
he smells like old peanut butter...some hero...
lol!!!! aman i don't sniff andy. All i can tell you about him is that he looks like the rain forest when hes running at me and hes way too fast. Plus he drinks skim milk, i love 2% gotta have that fat.
he doesnt even drink the real skim milk...he has to add that chocolate power to make it chocolate milk...hes weak

i heart bananas...my favorite fruit is of course a nectarine or a green apple...those are best. bananas come a close 3rd lol

Yay milk! It is the best drink in the world! I go for 1%, but I will settle for skim. Has anyone ever tried soymilk? That's good, too. I do not like bananas. They have the texture of regurgitated food. Kinda like when birds are feeding their babies. ugh.

nope, it's all milk or it's nothing at all, sry dabu! i personally am a 1% person, it tastes so much better! it's perfect, not too low fat, not too fat, JUST RIGHT! but to each their own. I personally reach for the orange juice...no pulp of course...before the milk, but it's all good. I drink milk randomely, and i'm pretty sure we all do! so yeah, nice job jeffrey on the milk blog, quite a favorite of some ppl, huh? lol
Sarah is right! 1% is perfect! And I, too, drink no pulp orange juice.
2% is the best kinda milk...whole milk is nasty and i like my milk a little fatty just like my ;)

i have to agree with aman, i think 2% is the best kinda milk there is personally. I am willing to sacrifice that extra bit of fat for the great taste, but i personally don't mind if its 1%, just so long as its cold milk. Plus bananas are really good for you and i love them.

nice abby, nice...lemonade lol. It is good, and aman, u should really cut down on that 2% i mean, look at you ur huge! lol. I think you should stick to 1% from now on lol. And banana's...one of the best fruits ever! duh! lol. So yes this post is awesome, jsut a pic of milk and that's it! haha so simple!
i think simple is by far the best way to go with posts, pose a question, give a picture, make the reader think and respond instead of trying to do all of the thought process ahead of time for the person. It leave more room for discussion.
