For you my anonymous friend :P

I have been told to update this so I guess I will, with what I really don't know since I have nothing to say about my life at the moment. I mean its not like I have gone out and done anything extraordinary like saved the world or promoted "world peace". No I have sat here in this ethireal existence and balanced chemical equations day after day every day for the past myriad of days and yet I still can't believe how easy it is to make dumb mistakes. Bah for Chemistry.

So my new classes, Anatomy and physiology and Environmental Science are officially amazing. If you haven't taken them already you have to take them. I have not taken any classes yet that compare, especially with anatomy. That class is awesome. Mrs. Grant is awesome too for that matter.

31 days from now until track starts but for all productive purposes its 30 days since its 10:30 while I'm writing this and hey its close enough to the end of the day. So 30 days to do whatever it is I need to do or 30 days to injure myself. Not that I really need help doing that or anything.

Today in Environmental Science a large number of students started complaining about Mr. Flaten's teaching methods. Now I know that Mr. Flaten can be a very difficult grader, and yes doing bad on his labs is basically ineveitable; however, I honestly believe all of the difficulties that we go through right now with Mr. Flatens methods are best in the long run. I think he is just teaching us how to be more independent students who need to be able to teach themselves along with learn to double check things before handing them in. Really he is just preparing us for college. You can't hate a man for trying to give you a better education. I mean really hes not out to fail all of his students and make it impossible for all of us. He has no benefits from that, he would probably be fired as a matter of fact, but by challenging us to be more proficient students I would argue that he is doing us all a greater favor then nearly all of the other teachers do. In 3 or 4 years we will all probably be thanking Mr. Flaten for the things he taught us in his class.

Enough with the rants... Good luck to the girls basketball team as I do believe Regionals are quickly approaching, I hope they make it to state and dominate :) For that matter good luck to the boys and JV girls as well. Don't want to leave you all out.

Good night world,
Thanks for the love
Thanks for the Anguish

I think Mr. Flaten is a nice man, too. Sometimes it just gets a little difficult in the class, but I'm not gonna blame my "slow-ness" on him. If it gets hard, he always says you can go in and talk to him. I don't hear other teachers offering that every other day.

Not all of us do horrible on labs :). Though I will admit I've picked on Flaten's teaching quite a bit.
