Update??

All right... Well I don't really know how many people still read this since I deleted everything from my profile but hey if you still do more power to you. :)

Lately I have basically sucked it up in school, I don't know why, but my grades are just slipping. No surprise its mostly in English class, I can't tell if Kunick grades me bad because she hates me or if I do bad because I hate her. Actually I wouldn't say I hate her, I would just say I very strongly dislike how opinionated she is and how I can't get out my voice without being trampled by her and her bullied approach to teaching. to me her job is to mediate the group discussions, not preach her beliefs in a Hitler Nazi manner. I mean let the class bring up the points and debate it out, she should stay there to keep it civilized. After all we have the rights to our own opinions and I don't want any teacher stepping in on my rights and beliefs just because she feels she is superior since she has a "college degree" certifying her in English. Older doesn't make you smarter Mrs. Kunick, it just makes you more experienced, you would do well to learn the difference. Anyway got a C+ on the transcendentalist society project (zach blamed me for the low grade) and then I got a C on the essay for that topic as well so my grade this quarter = a solid suckiness. Then U.S. History which is my strongest class is a disaster in the wings, after dominating andrew jarratt 1st quarter i stopped caring about the class altogether and basically now I kinda hang on the balance of losing my A which of course just goes to show you can't blow off a class just because its easy. Carelessness will kill you if you don't respect it. wow you would do good to learn that jeffrey.
Bah, at least I have running though. Always have running (cept for those periods where stupidity either breaks something or involves me running into locker and destroying my skinny legs). running in winter is the most enjoyable and the hardest thing I may do. Its so enjoyable because of the snow and the way the sun strikes it or it will fall on your face while you run and make it a picture perfect landscape. However in that same token it creates ice hazards which you can't even see and it also makes it unbearably cold somedays. Like I come back and I can't move my jaw for minutes because of the severity of the cold. Those are not fun days let me tell you. The best thing though, and this by far makes winter running worth every ounce of crap and pain that goes into it; was running down the Milwaukee River last year. yes you heard me right, running down that river. Nate, Andy, and I ran on top of the river last year when it was like 2 feet of snow on top and a very very solid foundation so not to worry. It was sooooo cool. Especially since I was faster then both of them on top of the snow because I weighed almost 30 pounds less so I didn't sink into the snow at all like they did :) Then we got to the ice skating rink and ran into the snow banks. That was hilariously fun/stupidly cold. oh well i would trade anything to go back to that moment with nate. I miss nate, I miss his humor and his way of exuting confidence. Just like when this year ends I will Andy for his humor and happiness and the way he makes running so much more fun. Or for the fact that he his expert at our school and once he leaves none of us will know a fartlek from a 10 mile run. Bah I hate people getting older.
In the way of life overall though, this past few weeks sucked. Too many reasons to list. Not to mention gym and projects/ swimming. gosh i despise that class.

wow I feel worthless... all i did was whine and complain about my life, I really am sorry about this everybody. I wish I could cheer you up, maybe create a smile across your faces but its hard to write a happy post when you yourself aren't happy, nor are smiling. That really truly does make if difficult.

Till the very end,
Jeffrey

Wow, Jeffery, down in the dumps. Just to let you know, your crazy running always puts a grin across my face. Talk about the Sophmore year being a let down. People will always cheer you up. As William James once said, "Human beings, by changing the inner attitudes of their minds, can change the outer aspects of their lives." {Yay for runners they're my heros!}
