Ever just get one of those days??

Today I have been just reflecting a lot. My mind keeps shifting around randomly to a lot of things that I haven't thought about in a long time, and lots of those things I feel bad about. I mean I promised myself I would cure cancer by the time I turned 16 when I was in 4th Grade!! And now I look back at the past 6 years and say "Well did you even step up to the plate and try??" and I don't have to look deep to know that I really didn't, I was a lot of talk but no action. It hurts when I think of things I promised myself I would do, but in the end just never did it. Why didn't I just do this I ask myself soo many times, and never do I have a satisfactory answer. Why do we go out and search for 'ourselves' when honestly it's there all the time?? what secrets do you have to go out and search for that aren't right there to begin with if you are only yourself to begin with?

why do I even bother writing these posts anymore anyways?? no one ever responds anymore and at times I wonder if my friends actually read this... I'm kinda afraid its only like Mr. Mckormick or the special K of Canada and that really does nothing to reassure my rising fears.

Word of the day (courtesy of two running females :P)

Jeffrey, you know you loved getting the definition. And hey, we represent girls track well! (Not our fault if we are smarter than you :P) Anyway, I know what you mean, thinking of life goals. However, you must know that you still have a lifetime to accomplish them, so you are not done yet! Hehe

Jeffrey, I agree with Hillary. Your life isn't over...there's plenty more time to achieve what you want. It's much easier to set and reach little goals than big ones. Have several little goals in that lead to a big one. Everything happens in baby steps. wah.
